TV Return Policy

At www.partsstop.com we warranty all our products for 30 days from the delivery date. All return authorization requests must be made by phone at  (800) 903-7220 or via email at info@partsstop.com.

All RA’s must be requested within the warranty time frame. Please note that any no longer needed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any items that are sold in a “AS IS” condition are not eligible for returns, the product description and images will clearly depict any minor cosmetic damages; by placing an order for an “AS IS” product, you agree to these terms and conditions.

All returned products must be shipped back with all the original accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Any returns that show signs of misuse will be ineligible for a refund. Shipping cost will be reimbursed only on damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Return packages must be received back at our facility no later than the 30-day warranty period, any packages received after the warranty period may not be accepted. Packages that are out of the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

*All our boards are marked with a unique identifier. All returned products that do not reference our unique identifier will not be processed* We will notify you via email of any return discrepancies and work with you to resolve the discrepancies*

All discrepant returns will be junked out / recycled within 30 days if we do not hear back from you*

Please expect a 3-4 business days processing time for all returns received back at our warehouse, a refund notification will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.


All damaged and missing component claims must be filed no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

 

Extended warranty on our TV parts for certified technicians:

We offer a 180-day warranty period for all repair shops that have a good standing account with us.

The warranty is valid only for defective and DOA parts *All no longer needed products must be returned within the 30-day return period*

All approved warranty claims will be issued a replacement.

If a replacement is not available:

A refund to the original payment method will be issued within 90-days from the order date.

A refund in the form of a store credit will be issued after the 90-day period.

*Store credits cannot be redeemed in any other form (check or cash). Store credit does not have an expiration date and can be redeemed on future orders*
